Normal maintenance and repairs such as replacement of shingles, windows and doors that do not require enlargement of the header; siding, spouting, shutters, storm doors, patio replacement and repaving of your driveway do not require a permit. New construction of a fence, shed, pool that holds over 24" of water, decks and new patios all require Proposed Use Permits.  Some decks, porches and swimming pools (above ground or in ground) also require Building Permits.  Most applications for Proposed Use and Building Permits will also require a new Stormwater Management Permit.  Applications for all may be obtained at the Township Building.
